In order to provide the best service possible, arrangements for the shuttle should be made directly with Hotel as soon as you receive your reservation confirmation. Due to limited space, shuttle service bookings are first–come/first-served.
From the South - Take Route 93 North:
Take Rt. 93 to Exit #11. Follow approx. 1/2 mile and take a right at the second set of lights onto Gallivan Blvd. Follow approx. 1/2 mile to signs for Rt. 3A/Quincy. Follow signs over bridge. Exit right off bridge onto Rt. 3A/Hancock Street. At bottom of ramp stay to left and make U-turn under bridge. Follow underneath and around to Adams Inn.
Boston and Points North - Take Route 93 South:
Take Rt. 93 to Exit #12. Follow straight approx. 1/8 mile. You will see signs for Rt. 3A/Quincy. Follow over bridge. Exit right, off bridge onto Rt. 3A/Hancock Street. At bottom of ramp stay to left and make U-turn under bridge. Follow underneath and around to Adams Inn.

The Hotel was fine, bed was very comfortable, we were up at the crack of dawn and there was hot coffee in the lobby ! Can't beat that. Also a very nice guy at the front desk and our driver was wonderful too.

Easy to get to, nice accommodations and parking with shuttle service that got us to the airport in good time. Pick up on return took almost an hour though, but overall great experience.

I won't ever stay at this facility again. The hotel was run down, and the shuttle service was abysmal. We were scheduled for the 7am shuttle to Logan. The shuttle was sitting outside at 7am, and it was running. However, the shuttle driver decided not to show up for work that day, and the hotel did not keep the driver on to make sure the shift change actually happened. There were two couples waiting - us and another. Finally, at 7:10am, the front desk called a taxi for us. We had a 9am flight, and the other couple had a 7:10am flight. When we returned home from our flight, I immediately called the hotel, as I was instructed, for the return shuttle. This was again at 7am. The man that answered the call said a driver would be there in about 30 minutes. So, at 7:40am, when the shuttle hadn't yet arrived, I called again. The woman that answered the phone, another shift change, hadn't been told that there were guests waiting to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport. If there had only been one bad experience, I wouldn't be so negative, but to have two bad experiences, with the same hotel, on the same trip is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel for timely or reliable shuttle service to and from Logan Airport. However, my car was fine after leaving it there for 10 days.
